JESUS, They Have Taken YOUR Car!

In 2 Chron. 20: 4-6 the people of God were up against unbelievable odds. King Jehoshaphat stood in the temple and reminds God of who he knew Him to be. He goes as far as to ask the question, ..."Don't You rule over ALL the kingdoms of the heathen? And in THINE hand, is there not power and might, so that NONE is able to withstand Thee?".....
-While I was in Africa, a women told me that she was at work and went into labor. She called her husband to come pick her up and take her to the hospital. But, when he went to get the car, it had been stolen.
Now here she is, in the throws of "Active Labor" when she receives the news that her husband wasn't coming because the car had been stolen. In front of all of her co-workers she bends over and prays out loud, "JESUS, They Have Taken YOUR Car.... and everything I need is inside of it. I cannot have this baby until You get Your car back." She quietly gets up and returns to her duties and another 5 hours goes by before someone comes to pick her up.
TWO weeks later the car was found and returned.
TWO weeks later she delivers the baby and she never missed a days work in between.
.... In 2 Chron. 20:15 the answer came to Jehoshaphat, "Do not fear or be dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God".
Like Jehoshaphat, the African woman understood that what was happening around her wasn't against her, but it was against God. So, she puts the weight of it squarely on the shoulders of the only one who could fix it and she "Kept on Working."
Perhaps you are in the throws of labor and "All HELL" is breaking out around you. Let me encourage you to do what the African woman and Jehoshaphat did. Pray and watch God work it out... This battle is not yours... "It's the Lords".
